Damian is our administrator and project manager within sites. He is responsible for all elements of project management: bidding, contract negotiation, scheduling, coordination and on-site management, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, personnel and subcontractor management and safety.
Damian provides us with sound financial information through cost estimates and cost reporting tools. He also serves as a resource for creative problem solving throughout the project, while ensuring our commitment to recycling and sustainable building practices in the work place and our deliverables. |

Over the last 16 years of construction experience, Jesmond has gained professional knowledge of waterproofing and other construction-related skills, materials and processes literally "from the ground up." Jesmond is our hands-on project manager within sites and has built a solid reputation with local architecture firms and contractors.
He possesses a working knowledge of nearly all phases of the construction industry and is an invaluable resource when it comes to specilaised jobs or contracts.
