Environmental Management Construction Site regulations
TURN PRO operates in full compliance with the recently enacted “Environmental Management Construction Site regulations”, embodied in LN 295 of 2007 of the Development Planning Act (Cap. 356). These provisions set out the regulatory framework on construction management practices and have been specifically designed to provide practical measures aimed to minimise nuisance to neighbours and risk of injury. |

Insurance
TurnPro is fully insured with respect to Contractor’s All Risk, Employers and Public liabilities. Cover is underwritten by Elmo Insurance Ltd and valid from 1st of March 2008 to 28th February 2009. |

Codes of Practice
TurnPro is in compliance with the following British Standards Institute Codes of Practice:
+ Code of Practice for waterproofing related to Workmanship on building sites (BS 8000-4:1989).
+ Code of practice for design of concrete structures for retaining aqueous liquids (BS 8007 – 1987). |

Eco-Management
We are currently awaiting for certification under the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) at our operational offices in Iklin. This is an EU voluntary instrument which acknowledges organisations that improve their environmental performance on a continuous basis. EMAS registered organisations are legally compliant, run an environment management system and report on their environmental performance through the publication of an independently verified environmental statement.
All waste is deposited at various waste management facilities site across Malta. |
